[Bug 9159] ProgMan DDE interface is not implemented in Wine's shell32/explorer

I just tried with latest git version. The issue still remains.
I can trace the issue back at least as far as Wine 0.9.2 in 2005. I don't
believe I have rights to update this information in bugzilla. Someone else can
do that.
