[Bug 3569] "MDK" does not display most of graphic

ok, to make this easy for anyone interested in testing,

I have created a zip of the MDK demo to include the additional executables
which can be found on the internet that provide the D3D and 3dfx support.

MDKDEM3D.EXE - Direct3D
MDKDEM95.EXE - DirectDraw
MDKDEMO.EXE - DOS
