Karel, for some reason I believe that if you pass an arguments to some program,
they go here unmodified (except the argument number zero, full pathname of the
application that is).  Generic offer is to run it such way, I believe:

$ wine /home/scapor/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/SPSS/spsswin.exe $(winepath -l
'/home/scapor/Desktop/Documenten/SPSS/bivariate.sav')
