I was recently rotating passwords and noticed that I can't change my testbot
password, whereas I can on forums/appdb/bugs.winehq.org

Users should also be allowed to change their email address (the current
workaround is for them to ask a TestBot administrator), or, gasp, delete their
account (again, ask an administrator).
