The application installes fine and starts but it will not run because there is missing a implementation in: dnsapi.dll

Although the application doesn't crash it doesn't work because it misses a function. The programming is trying to connect to the remotesite to login the user but it fails to do so. It keeps on trying to connect without success (the internet connection is fine btw, and the site is working too). Without application being able to login it lacks of every functionality.
The functions needed to let the program run are not there and they are "known, as seen by fixme logs". Does this mean i have to look at this as wine functionality request or can it be stated as bug because the application won't run without it?

--- Comment #3 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com 2009-06-26 22:21:22 --- I suspect this issue also affects the VoipZoom client's (http://www.voipzoom.com/en/download.html) ability to login in 1.1.24, as the application also displays the "fixme:dnsapi:dns_map_options option DNS_QUERY_RETURN_MESSAGE not implemented" message and the application reports a failure to connect subsequent to the message.

The app version is 4.08 build 645 and wine is 1.3.36 on ubuntu 32-bit.
