Ever since 8.18~jammy-1 update several VSTs have an issue with mouse cursor being invisible until window is resized once. Though this may not always be possible or easy to accomplish.
With my setup following plugins no longer work satisfactory
- Arturia MS-20 - Arturia Acid V - XLN XO
Issue can be replicated with this plugin (free demo available, registration required).

Latest release (8.21~jammy-1) does not help the issue.

Unfortuantely I could not reproduce an invisible mouse pointer, it stays visible when the plugin window appears (with the demo dialog question).

Yes I am using VST3
Unfortuantely I could not reproduce an invisible mouse pointer, it stays visible when the plugin window appears (with the demo dialog question).
It was not visible for me when the plugin appeared
I suspect the mouse cursor is handled differently when running things in VM. It's probably rendered by host / hardware ...
I have zero C/C++/wine experience but I was able to compile working wine 8.17 yesterday and I'm now running git bisect to hopefully find the commit that breaks the cursor.

It was commit "2581e0b3eab4638b8aa00be9e66543b7e39f3dc6" just as I thought from log messages before running bisect.
