Hello,
Im having trouble with recent wine versions and Sid Meiers Civilization IV addons.
In console something like that appears:
err:storage:BlockChainStream_WriteAt not enough blocks in chain to write data
i can try rerunning installation of warlords with some success (it seems it installs fine)
on beyond the sword i get:

And unfortunately i cant install the second addon,
The problem is that this worked fine in older versions (i dont know when but probably released around march 2008), now it doesnt work since i dunno 0.9.60/rc-1 im not sure.

Not exactly but close,
1. I install civ 9 without problem) 2. i start the setup procedure for warlords, and it tries to patch the game to newest version, before expansion being installed. it throws some errors that werent present in late ubuntu 7.10 wine versions, it seems that something at least is patched. I can get warlords going ( not tested deeply long gameplay). 3. i try to install second addon and it fails miserably during another (newer) patch attempt. I cant say if its because first patch wasnt applied correctly, but could be the reson.
With older verions of wine it was fine.
Ill try to test 1.0 final to see how it goes.

ok... so i stared fresh on wine 1.
everything happened like i described in comment earlier...
patching process ends with a window that says ( i sure dont remember that before in older wine versions)

But then i tried installing the Beyond the sword expansion and it was a failure.
Ill add an attachement as the errors look the same so its probably the same bug but more severe in result.

This happens to me during install of second expansion. It seems similiar like the first one for the first expansion so its probably the same bug.
As i mentioned before this was working in some older versions of wine, so it seems a regression.
