Probably reported in comment #6 of Bug 3196, but I guess it is a different bug
than the original (fixed) Bug 3196.

With debugging off, I get same output:

(SPI_SETFOREGROUNDLOCKTIMEOUT)

fixme:commdlg:GetFileName95 Flags 0x00800000 not yet implemented

Turning debugging ON probably includes some delays in operation*, and the file
may open from time to time. Once the file is open, the application is fully
usable.

* The debug log outputs many lines of:

warn:gdi:GDI_GetObjPtr Invalid handle (nil)

which slows down the application.

Yes, I can reproduce it with wine-1.0-rc3 on Ubuntu hardy with both FPE 3.41
and FPE 3.5.

Abandoned. If you still have an issue in current (1.1.22 or newer) wine and can
