--- Comment #1 from Louis Lenders xerox_xerox2000@yahoo.co.uk --- As far as I can tell from producing a debuglog it looks like it`s protected by Themida I think.
Very similar to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15999
That bug is closed as WONTFIX......

--- Comment #3 from Louis Lenders xerox_xerox2000@yahoo.co.uk --- I just tested this again, and somehow it suddenly starts just fine for me, both wine and staging.. Maybe something is fixed last weeks. Reporter, could you (or somebody else) try as well, then this can be resolved.

--- Comment #4 from winetest@luukku.com --- I can't get this installed...wine 2.0rc5. Tried staging with same results. staging versions 2.0rc4.
Could it have regressed already?

Yes, you`re right. I used an already installed version of this in an old wineprefix. In a clean wineprefix i get a crash as well from the installer. This didn`t happen a few weeks ago if I remember correctly; it installed just fine
I don`t remember i i installed it in a clean wineprefix a few weeks ago, i`ll have a look later today.

@luukku: do you happen to have lying an older wine-version (from december) around? If so, could you test if it installs then? I testes this in december so then it installed fine

--- Comment #7 from Louis Lenders xerox_xerox2000@yahoo.co.uk --- I dont think its a regression after all, the installer has two checkboxes (create desktop link and create menu link)
If i uncheck both, the installer runs for me; if i leave the checked i get a crash. So that looks like a real bug then. Just before the crash i get
003a:Call KERNEL32.GetSystemTimeAsFileTime(008b4a12) ret=7e2c6be9 003a:Ret KERNEL32.GetSystemTimeAsFileTime() retval=00000000 ret=7e2c6be9 003a:trace:seh:raise_exception code=c0000096 flags=0 addr=0x33fb6d ip=0033fb6d tid=003a 003a:trace:seh:raise_exception eax=00000000 ebx=ffff0000 ecx=7e2c69e9 edx=01d26e78 esi=7e2c69e9 edi=bb40e64e 003a:trace:seh:raise_exception ebp=0033fb78 esp=0033fb5c cs=0073 ds=007b es=007b fs=0033 gs=003b flags=00010206 003a:trace:seh:call_stack_handlers calling handler at 0x7bcba862 code=c0000096 flags=0 003a:Call KERNEL32.UnhandledExceptionFilter(0033f634) ret=7bcba8ca wine: Unhandled privileged instruction at address 0x33fb6d (thread 003a), starting debugger...

--- Comment #8 from winetest@luukku.com --- Indeed unchecking the checkboxes prevents crash.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42043
--- Comment #9 from winetest@luukku.com --- There is another bug that has GetSystemTimeAsFileTime and it has wrong return value dont remember if it crashed too. Maybe there is something wrong with that function.
