Created attachment 61572 [details] Wine's log at time of Bizagi's setup with +rpc,+ole when
For this dump a choose Bizagi's 32 bit binary
It's crashing after trying to create a proxy for IShellWindows, which is suspicious and smacks of bug 41713.
Can you try initializing the prefix before running the program? E.g. run 'wine winecfg && wineserver -w', then run the program. If that still doesn't work please attach new logs.

Er, sorry, 00000131 is IRemUnknown. That's weirder. I also notice 'failed to open RpcSs', which is strange. I'm not sure what to do with that.

--- Comment #14 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
it's a dupe of bug 36981 as Louis mentioned in comment #8. The Flexera InstallShield based installer crashes when executing 'publishing product information' action.
Prerequisite: 'winetricks -q dotnet462'
I've tested with:
* Wine 3.0.1 (original version of bug report -> crash in NdrProxyInitialize) * Wine 4.8 (release before the fix -> crash in NdrProxyInitialize) * Wine 4.9 (release with the fix -> installs fine)
