Anyway I don't see the point of this ticket.

OP didn't prove that those flags are the culprit. Just posting the FIXME and some error message is *not* enough. This FIXME also appears various times for x86 apps without functional loss.

I'd challenge the validity of the whole thing here.

Windows RT/WOA died some time ago (see also activity in related XDA forums). I also lost interest in the whole thing ... nowadays this is more or less wasted time.
