This is classic MOPy Fish 1.9a, a free virtual pet for your computer. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOPy_fish )
It fails to start and gives no terminal output even when using winedbg. It simply says "process terminated".

I managed to get some output using "wine winedbg" then "bt all" which shows the winevdm application and the error dialogue which prevents mopy from running.
