Wine output when trying to run the program

When trying to run the program, Wine immediately shows error messages. Nothing
else happens.

fixme:hook:SetWindowsHookEx16 System-global hooks (2) broken in Win16

This must be a user32 thing. That first error is pointing to a missing 16-bit
function in user.exe.spec

FIXME's are not bugs, besides SetWindowsHookEx is implemented.

Whoops, seems requires a subscription...Is this still an issue in current
(1.1.6 or newer) wine?
