The launcher for the game tends to crash shortly after starting (before all the images in the launcher could appear). The crash happens ~7-8 times out of 10 attempts. For some reason, there are occasions when the launcher loads properly (without crashing), but this is rarer.
Workaround: winetricks ie6
According to my testing, the problem appeared in Wine-1.3.33 and is still present in wine-1.4-284-gc5faf15 (with Gecko 1.5 installed).
