I have compiled wine 1.1.7 from source without compiler optimizations and ran
emule 0.48a on it, this bug still exists, when opening some dialog like "paste
3d2k links" or options the cpu usage drops by 10 times sometimes more,
regardless of number of downloads, for example, with ~50 files in the transfers
list, on a P3 500 mhz, without a dialog usage is between 50-70%
(wineserver+emule.exe), while with a disalog open it's < 10% all the time.
