Bug ID: 45071 Summary: Holdfast Nations at War: Player models invisible Product: Wine Version: 3.6 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: P2 Component: directx-d3d Assignee: wine-bugs@winehq.org Reporter: cschop1@gmail.com Distribution: Mint
Created attachment 61209 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=61209 terminal output of running the game
Player models in the game are mostly invisible. My character is always a floating musket, and other players are floating heads with floating weapons. If I get very close to them (within about 2 meters), their heads disappear.
Here is a link to the game in case you're not familiar with it. http://www.holdfastgame.com/
If you need anymore stuff, go ahead and ask. Thank you.

--- Comment #2 from Toni eldrad@autistici.org --- this is a duplicate of bug 41295 that was just resolved some days ago
fix is included in wine 3.7, to be released tomorrow
if you can't wait, you can sometimes workaround with -force-d3d9 (might not work with that game but it's a known workaround for unity5 games having problems with dx11)

Oh, well look at that. This game's requirements include AT LEAST dx11, so using any force-d3d parameters don't work, but I can wait.
Thanks for replying.
