Internet connection in Freelancer does not work... it uses dplay so i think it's dplay problem

Seems like no internet errors... I tried vanilla FL, FL Discovery and FL Crossfire - everyone has same problem, but CF also very laggy (maybe shader tweak needed for the game...but it's other problem :) )

Is this still an issue in Wine 2.6?
From a basic test, Freelancer uses IDirectPlay8Client which doesn't have the
required support to connect to anything.
