I got this:
~/Desktop/servo$ WINEPREFIX=/home/qwerty/.local/share/wineprefixes/wine64 /opt/wine-devel/bin/wine ./servo.exe 002c:fixme:thread:SetThreadStackGuarantee (0x23fcbc): stub Failed to create window.: OsError("CreateWindowEx function failed: Invalid window handle. (os error 1400)") (thread main, at libcore\result.rs:916)
With Wine 3.0-rc6, from https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/pool/main/

(FYI:
Hi, i tried also running in staging-2.21 and it starts for me using
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 /opt/wine-staging/bin/wine servo.exe
(Cannot test in vanilla wine atm as I do not have this 64-bit compiled atm)
But the problem to check is that they have nightly builds, so I guess the program gets updated every night (?). Do you still have the original servo.exe?
I tested sha1sum servo.exe 718dd05c285052cbf45b29b565843fdf82d039b0 servo.exe )

--- Comment #4 from Qwerty Chouskie asdfghrbljzmkd@outlook.com --- Just tested on Staging 3.6 and the latest Servo nightly and the issue no longer seems to exist (though it still does not work for other reasons).
