--- Comment #4 from Vitaliy Margolen [email protected] 2008-01-19 14:36:18 --- DO NOT post illegal links here! Or the bug will be closed invalid. If the bug can be reproduced with freely available demo version then state that.

--- Comment #5 from Ilya Chernykh [email protected] 2008-01-19 15:10:05 --- Probably there is no freely available demo, at least I don't know it. The game itself is quite rare now.

--- Comment #8 from Vitaliy Margolen [email protected] 2008-01-20 10:56:48 --- You will have to test it, since you own a legal copy. Anyway, take this discussion off the Bugzilla. Or this bug report will have to be removed.

--- Comment #17 from [email protected] 2012-12-18 10:51:20 CST --- I tested in Wine 1.5.19 and the problem is still there. It seems that the unrendered area is just black now, instead of rendering whatever is behind the window. Additionally, "Civilization Notes" dialogs are not rendered properly either. They do not show any visible text - just a grey box with an "Ok" button.
