Does 'winetricks ie6' help?

--- Comment #6 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2010-10-31 19:49:47 CDT --- Try adding 'winetricks msxml3'. (So, if starting from scratch, 'winetricks ie6 msxml3')

Try adding 'winetricks msxml3'. (So, if starting from scratch, 'winetricks ie6 msxml3')
Yes that did the trick and now gets past the issue.
The program starts up and looks to be usable.

Tried it with just msxml3 and the program starts up but when you go to use a menu option it gives an unhandled fault and the program become freezes
(PS: Thanks Dan)

--- Comment #9 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com 2010-11-01 04:45:15 CDT --- Please split this bug to three separate reports and link them as dependent. First about shdocvw, second for msxml crash and third for print dialog crash. This report could stay for first problem, solved with ie6.

--- Comment #10 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2010-11-01 05:48:49 CDT --- It's curious that lines like
fixme:urlmon:create_object Could not find object for MIME L"text/html" fixme:shdocvw:WebBrowser_get_LocationURL (0x1785a0)->(0x1e2da68)
are still occurring in the log even with 'winetricks ie6'.

Dan, the lines you mention come from (id=31636) [details] for which I used "winetricks msxml3" only and did not use ie6 so this means that msxml3 alone gets around the initial unhandled fault only (I'll change the title to reflect this). Then the program fail with another unhandled fault when I went to use a menu option in this case it was the "print setup" chosen at random.
So Nikolay is right that this should be split into 3 bugs dependant on this one. except that: 1)for will be for ie6 crash 2)for print dialog crash when selecting a menu 3)for shdocvw ( http://wiki.winehq.org/ShDocVw ) not sure what to report for this exactly?
This report will stay for first problem, solved with msxml3

Shdocvw is an IE part, so it's the same as the problem solved with native ie6 installed with winetricks. So yeah, open new one for a crash from comment 4 and another one for print dialog crash.
So to clarify - I need 'winetricks ie6' to get msxml3 crash, right?
