Download attachment 28858 from bug 23193 and uncompress it. Open it in wine
notepad.

Scroll down the window by DRAGGING the scroll handle.

Around the end of file (~10 pixels on a 800px window), scrolling bugs out and
stops while the window shows the top of the file. Scrolling back towards the
top "fixes" it. It's like an additional dead area.

I can confirm this behavior on -rc3, however, it seems to occur only when "word
wrap" is enabled and the the notepad window is sufficiently small to cause lots
of word wraps. Perhaps the connection is that when a lot of lines are wrapped
the vertical size of the document becomes much larger and thus it somehow
triggers the bug in Wine. If this is true it would probably mean that trying
significantly larger files would also cause the bug - even without word
wrapping - as they may trigger the bug due to their huge vertical size. I did
not test this though.

On my system (wine 1.4-rc6, Ubuntu 11.10 32bit) with clean .wine:

$ wine notepad listfile
