DVD Profiler's 'general' windows contains a link called 'view contributors'. The 'general' screen appears to be a part of the application. If you follow this link, it opens a new window showing contributions for that profile. This screen appears to be an html page rendered in an application window. I make this distinction because of the different performance.
The main windows of the application perform (more or less) as you would expect, but some of the html-based windows do not function correctly. In the 'view contributors' window, you can not scroll or follow links (although a scroll mouse wheel will scroll the page and the icon changes as you move over a link).
If I install IE6 using winetricks, the screen allows scrolling by clicking with the mouse, but links still do not work.

Scroll bar show and mouse icons change appropriately (e.g. for links), but mouse clicks are not registered. Mouse scroll wheel works (in contrast to some of the earlier descriptions of that bug).
I think that it's different enough that it could be a different issue.

Problem might be bug 26355
If you have old version, try native shlwapi or make that change to user32

Tried overriding shlwapi with XP version and that produced improved results (a separate problem with the application caused clicking on a link to crash the application, but it appeared to doing something when I clicked on the link (which caused the crash) and the scroll bars were working).

1. Open application and add a DVD profile via "menu; DVD; add to collection" 2. Several pains will now show different aspects of the DVD. The central top pane contains the "view contribution notes" button as shown on the new attachment ('where are contribution notes') - you may find this more easily if you maximise the window or close some of the panes. 3. This gives the offending screen (shown in new attachment 'contributions screen').
The 'view contribution notes' link is towards the top right of this screen. The areas that do not scroll correctly are wherever there is a scroll bar.
