When I attempt to enter this webpage 
https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/fedora/41/winehq.repo

I get an error 404. This causes issues when attempting to complete the steps to
download the Wine application to my desktop.

Unsure as to why this is happening.

Seems to work for me. Maybe that was a temporary outage?
