Created an attachment (id=24220) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=24220) atcwindows causes an Access Violation
Unchecking the option "Transparent Supplementary Dialogs" (=the communication box should be displayed as a non-modal dialog box) and starting a sector, AtcWindows crashes.
In combination with bug 20411, this error makes the application unusable.

It isn't a point to mark bug resolved actually, is old version available elsewhere?

Well, it wasn't a bug of Wine but of the application itself. With a new bug release the developer, the old one is removed, so no, it's not longer available.
