My bank requires me to use a program (for Windows only) to see my receipts from
the bank.
This program is FastMail (download link:
http://www.caja-ingenieros.es/cast/productos_y_servicios/fastmail/fastm6.exe)
I have two problems with wine and this program:

1) Look attachment screenshot_001.png (This is one screen of this program). On
this screen there are two fields: "Desde Fecha:" and "Hasta Fecha:", which are
to indicate two dates.
With Wine 1.0.1 it works fine, but with Wine 1.1.19, in these fields appears
several vertical stripes (like one sees in the image) and does not leave me to
introduce any value.

2) This program allows me to print receipts, but when I try it always prints
the entire page black. This occurs with all wine versions.

For the first problem, regression testing showed the bad commit to be:

The application did not show the problem when run from the prior commit. When
running the installer, the Z:\ DOS device symlink should be removed, since the
installer attempts to iterate over the file system. For the reporter, please
open a separate bug for the printing issue.

I uninstalled Wine, I deleted the directory ".wine" and I have reinstalled
wine.
I removed the Z:\ DOS device symlink.
I have reinstalled fastm6.exe.
But same problem!

I can confirm that this problem still exists in Wine 1.3.11, using Ubuntu
10.10.

I've tried the 3 versions of Wine available in my system, results as follow:

1.0.1 - Works OK
1.2.2 - Problem with text field and image rendering
1.3.11 - Same as in 1.2.2

I've attached 3 screenshots to help identifying the problem, I'll be happy to
help in fixing this, just let me know what else I can do.

Best Case Bankruptcy 20 has the same problem.

It worked in Wine 1.1.15, but was broken in Wine 1.1.16.  I believe the changes
for Bug 11861 may have caused the problem.

This bug appears in Ubuntu 11.04 x86_64/Wine 1.3.24; MacOS 10.6/Wine 1.3.9; and
MacOS 10.7/Wine 1.3.9.

Best Case is a "must have" program for me.  A LOT of Bankruptcy attorneys use
this.  This bug is keeping people in Parallels and Windows.

I can confirm that the current git fixes this problem, thanks! I have tried
commit 7fa15c5f4d2cac1e87c1aa87584df336c34f1689, the newest available. I could
also try the specific commit adressing this issue if necessary, just let me
