Please read http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-16da35b6327024d6ea576e3678488b16862d0f5e and attach a +winsock log. To do so you have to CD to the directory the game is installed and then run like:
WINEDEBUG=+winsock wine [GAME EXE NAME].exe >> /tmp/output.txt 2>&1
Then attach the /tmp/output.txt file. Please remember to change [GAME EXE NAME] with the correct file name.
Also please attach a screenshot of the error.

Installing native dlls is not a way to properly fix bugs.
