wine output

Steps to reproduce

1. make an mp3 encoded .wav file
2. open this file with MCI
3. sound is bad (stammer), wine reports: "fixme:wavemap:wodWrite Not all src
buffer has been written, expect bogus sound"

With another mp3 decoder sound play without stammer.

This also causes 3DMark 2001SE to fail in Demo mode:

MP3 exception - Unable to instantiate all filter for MP3 playback.

This is with wine-1.1.19.

Aric updated wine's mp3 support to now depend on the system libmpg123
(http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=commitdiff;h=db71d7c083dccd0e3f1cf4...).
Is this still an issue in current (1.1.32 or newer) wine?

Temporarily I can't testing mp3 on my gentoo, becose wine depends on 32 bit
libmpg123 and current version of compatibility package
(emul-linux-x86-soundlibs) doesn't contain this library.

The sample file plays fine using WMP9 in wine-1.1.39-163-g583f0f0.

I tested wine-1.3.2 and found, that this bug is completly fixed (on amd64 too).

3dMark 2001SE Demo mode doesn't work for me with wine 1.4

"Unable to instantiate all filter for MP3 playback"

This bug probably needs to be reopened.

KDE-Sys-Log-In.wav works here just fine.
