Hello The game use DX11 with failback to DX10 level I Use Wine 2.2 and wine staging 2.2 and helped with that error

The bug only sucess in the menus and menu options
complains in d3d11_immediate_context_OMSetBlendState Per-rendertarget blend and Color mask> 3 not implemented

Yeah, don't do that. Instead set the MaxVersionGL registry key as mentioned in https://wiki.winehq.org/Useful_Registry_Keys.
