Terminal output on wine-1.3.7-172-g8925024

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks dotnet30
3) install AutoCAD 2010 (watch out for bug #20211)
4) override windowscodecs.dll
5) wine acad.exe

Behaviour:
AutoCAD error, Wine error, AutoCAD splash screen and information that AutoCAD
was installed incorrectly

Expected behaviour:
AutoCAD should start.

in caller: The render thread failed unexpectedly.

You have to disable d3d9 to get around this bug, but I wonder if AutoCad still
runs then, as it uses directX i guess?

AutoCAD starts, main window opens and it asks me to "load graphics system
driver" which should be acgs.dll I give that and I get message "Unable to load
graphics system driver" and application closes.

What is with your patches from bug #18640? Would they work? In the moment they
don't apply successful in to the git.
