Wine 1.35 Ubuntu 9.10
To reproduce, press alt-F2 and execute "onboard" Execute a notepad with wine Then enter text using onboard with the shift key for uppercase characters for exemple. It does'nt work. It works with gedit so onboard working fine.
If you use the capslock, it's working but the shift key doesn't do anything.
