Attaching console output for now as any +msi, +msidb or +cabinet trace is
likely to be very large.

Still happening today:

This looks quite familiar; I think I saw this same sequence on another
game recently.

There's a cabinet stream in the package which is over 700MB in size.
We're trying to read all of that into memory but the allocation fails.

msi: Write out cabinet stream in small chunks.diff

This patch makes the installer run to completion here.

Patch works great for me, game installs (in 45 minutes).
