Add a way to change the default app icon of the executable with the mac driver.
GOG.com and Steam use Wine and X11 to allow running some of their games on Macs
with custom-made icons, but you can't set such an icon with the mac driver.

I posted a request for a suitable icon to wine-devel in October:
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2013-October/101598.html

If and when we get one, we can bake it into the Mac driver and use it when the
executable doesn't have an icon.  To change it, you would have to patch and
build a custom Wine.  It wouldn't be runtime-configurable, at least not given
how I plan to implement it.

Please consider some easier way than compilation. Maybe a special registry key
to show the path to an icon?

This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for over a
year. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.37 or newer) wine? If so, please

Not fixed in Wine 1.7.39
