debug output of crash for mdiviewer

MDIviewer from http://www.hot.ee/mdiviewer/  crashes on install.  Running wine
0.9.49 on amd64 gentoo system. I copied MSVCP60.DLL into
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system to get it this far.

Confirming. With native atl.dll the crash is gone. Although the installer
crashes with builtin atl.dll, the install seems however to have completed
succesfully , and the application can be started

(There seems to be another bug while trying to open a file, but that's not what
this bugreport is about)
