FIXME and OLE errors in the terminal output are not valid indication of the issue.
Is it the installer or the application failing? Your statement is ambiguous.
Please, describe in details what you're doing and what happens.

Also, it is the installer that is failing.

Also, clicking on the open debug log do nothing.
I think I can't help better than that. If you need more log or others stuff, please tell me how to do it !

Oh! also, I haven't change anything in the winecfg library except I install DXVK but don't think that he is the responsible for this error

Could you try if "winetricks dotnet40" changes anything for you? I think the app needs WPF

So, I updated to wine staging 4.13 and I also tried to install dotnet40 and dotnet452 and it stills doesn't work
