The game The Witcher has a rendering bug with rain on Mesa r600g, Redwood,
Radeon HD 5670 1GB.

This might be another case of #34052, but the reorder shader constants patch
does nothing for this bug.

This bug does not happen with Mesa on i965.

Yes, that did the trick! I only tried the intro of the game, but all previous
rendering issues are gone.
