OS Lubuntu ( Ubuntu using LXQT ) Noble 24.04. All WINE dependencies correctly installed. Run WINE 10.0-RC5 correctly.
Is possible install WINE-Staging 10.2 , but not start the process creation of WINE files in path /home/username/.wine
When installing show the messages below

When trying create the wine environment in /home/username/.wine show the messages below
