Continuation of bug 33661.

After importing the registry entries from 33661, the installer gets a bit
further, to the point of copying files. This later fails with a dialog box
saying:
TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Setup
------------------------------

The following error has occurred:

Error code: 0x8004100e

Click 'Retry' to retry the failed action, or click 'Cancel' to cancel this
action and continue setup.

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=20476&ProdName=Microsoft+SQL+Serve...

that error code is WBEM_E_INVALID_NAMESPACE. The installer is executing the
step 'Slp_Config_Install_Core_WMI_Provider_Cpu32

note: bug 33661 was about 'Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express 2008
R2', whereas I was testing with 'Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2'

Anything interesting in output? I'm not sure if wmi is valid component, does it
provide API to install custom providers or it's just a matter of copying
something over?
