I very much doubt this software can be made to work; it requires hardware access that Wine by design can't have as a user-mode application. You should probably look into using native tools instead. Off the top of my head gparted comes to mind.

Still, it's interesting to be able to open programs like this in Wine and compare their features to GParted and other tools. Wine is especially helpful when someone calls asking for help using a Windows program and you at least want to know where the buttons are on the user interface. So I'd be happy to send a patch that stubs out the one function DiskGenius needs to start up.
