There was a stub sent by Łukasz for that a long time ago: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2009-October/079248.html
with that, it still fails, though not sure if it's a new bug or the stub is insufficient.

The stub is wrong. I am not able to prepare correct one. I thought it's simple looking at stubs you were sending, but more skills are needed. DwmAttachMilContent is still unimplemented and If you can then please implement.
