The details of the error

I'm trying to use the Windows installer to install Toontown: Corporate Clash
onto my computer. I receive an internal error whenever I try to do it. I've
reinstalled Wine.

Looks like it crashes on dereferencing null-pointer in IsWow64Process2:

If you add check (return false if native_machine==0) the crash is gone and the
installer proceeds to run into bug 40613:
