There is no need to send the software privately, if it's not available publicly just follow the requests to help debugging the problem.
The log you attached is useless. You need to redirect the log output to a file, then compress the log with 'bzip2 -9' as requested, and attach it here.

--- Comment #16 from Dmitry Timoshkov dmitry@codeweavers.com 2008-01-02 22:15:32 --- Looks like the application changes lfWidth field of the LOGFONT structure and expects that bitmap font metrics will accordingly change. Currently Wine doesn't allow that for bitmap fonts, this needs an investigation.

If you can compile from source just use today's git snapshot, otherwise wait for the next release.

--- Comment #30 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2008-01-15 09:30:41 --- And please never paste logs inline like that. It makes the bug hard to read. Attach them instead.
Also, it looks like you don't have debugging info installed, so your log doesn't have line numbers. Where did you get your wine?

--- Comment #31 from Dmitry Timoshkov dmitry@codeweavers.com 2008-01-15 18:17:38 --- It looks like an original problem has been fixed, now the app fails on not implemented 16-bit user.exe APIs: LockInput, RepaintScreen, GetNextQueueWindow.
Since the summary of this bug is vague enough I guess the bug can be left open, and the component set to user32.

Is this still an issue in current (1.0-rc4) or newer wine?
Most likely yes, required 16-bit user APIs still not implemented.
