The backtrace in your log lacks debugging symbols. Install the debug package
for Wine (or compile Wine from source).

Please run a regression test:

I can confirm that the installer crashes in 1.3.34, 1.3.35, but it works in
1.3.33. Download link added to url (the game is freeware).

I'm sorry that I can't do regression testing. I'm just an occasional OpenSuse
user.

AFAIK the Wine developers suggested a an automatic bug reporting inside Wine,
which mails the stack trace to them.

Yes, that's the way it should look like (console output with debugging
symbols).

That's okay, here's the result of the regression test:

I think you're referring to bug #28543. It's not finished yet.
