Same bug as #12582, started happening around -rc1.

solidworks crashes a startup calling setup_nswindow in mshtml. It is a major
regression, as it used to work for a long time.

I tried to force gecko installation with winetricks gecko, but it doesn't
change anything (it is already installed during installation).

I've tried the read-only trick from
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6095#c19 but it didn't work, it used to
work up to 0.9.61 atleast for me.

This bug effects HL2:DM/CS:Source, but I assume it effects all other online
HL2-based games.
Used winetricks gecko on a clean setup to confirm.

Steps to repreduce : 
1. connect to a server.
2. if the MOTD is in html (even though it doesn't get displayed) the game
crashes with the above log.
