Open a terminal cd in the directory where the software in installed (usually ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Myapplication....

wine myappli.exe

and you can see the console output. Attach the console output in this bug.

--- Comment #6 from Inverser go@inverser.pro --- I realized that I need to put the quotes in the file path. The program has started. But not standard.

I tried to quit su, run the program as a regular user using the full path to it, and it started.

But by double-clicking in the folder with the installed program, it still does not start.

Thanks for the hint, at least this is how you can run it.

I assume from your log the application is https://www.mediacoderhq.com/dlfull.htm

Only 0.8.12 is suitable. In fact, not only MediaCoder did not start, but also all other programs that I usually used through Wine. Now everything is fine.
