These failures are systematic and only happen on macOS (see Remi's rbernon-macos-* cloud test machines).
It looks like the reason is that get_working_set_ex() is effectively unimplemented since HAVE_LIBPROCSTAT is not defined on macOS and the /proc filesystem is not present.
