When selecting a library using the mouse and clicking on the Library Bar, at
the bottom, it is above the Status Bar, the user has to hold the mouse and move
off the Library Bar then release the mouse button, for it to change to the
selected library.

If this procedure is not followed, it closes the clip book, usually on the left
of the screen, but can be put on the right.

This has been an issue with the past several versions of Wine.

This issue also occurs on NoteTab Light and Standard.

This has been an issue in all varieties and version of NoteTab since before
1.0.0. It continues to be an issue on all Linux Distributions in all versions
of Wine up to 1.0.4.

This behavior is seen in all versions, including the Trial versions of Standard
and Pro. All versions can be obtained from: www.notetab.com.

This is still an issue with Wine 1.1.12 and Slackware 12.1.

One exception to this, if a clip library has an Auto Correction clip, it does
NOT close.

This is still an issue with Wine 1.2 RC7 on Ubuntu 10.04 with NoteTab Pro 6.2
and NoteTab Light 6.2.

I had hoped to review this one before Wine 1.2 became final, but life happens.

I will update once Wine 1.2 final is available to me.

Yes, I can confirm native comctl32 helps here. It looks like a notification
delivered at wrong moment, cause with native one tabs are switched on release
and not on press moment.

Easy to test since there is download.

Button also has visual problem. It should look different when it's up/down.
