[Bug 6971] Mouse "escapes" window or is confined to an area in the full screen program

I reiterate my point that winecfg should have a checkbox for DGA Mouse Grab, if
it doesn't work for some people, then they'll have to wait for Input2, if it
does work, they're happy.  It does not make it WORSE for anyone.

XF86DGADirectVideo(display, screen, XF86DGADirectMouse);

It reports relative motion and freezes the mouse pointer in place (this is
unfortunate, but it does prevent it from leaving the window).
