[Bug 2398] OpenGL is only used on top level windows so child windows get overdrawn

ZGI demo example log output

Zork: Grand Inquisitor debug log created with +all in Wine 0.9.39 under 16bpp

Opens initial screen - menu and plays sound, on mouse motion blanks the screen.
I'm not sure if this problem really goes to this bug, but Vitaliy is.
