We don't really have a reason to delay-load winegstreamer in ir50_32, so we
probably should just link to it normally, and that would probably address this
bug. That said, a configuration without winegstreamer isn't really supported
either.

Indeed, a configuration with 32-bit gstreamer doesn't crash.
