When i tried to start the game from the launcher, the launcher was minimised, but the game did not start.

0260:err:winediag:ntlm_check_version ntlm_auth was not found. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of your distribution.
At first, you should fix that. If after that, the bug persists, please attach a new console output.

I don't know if this has always been an issue with the game or if it recently started to occur
Honkai: Star Rail uses a modified distribution of Unity and perhaps that leads to this happening, or maybe it's because of AntiCheatExpert

Those functions are used by anticheat to learn about other running processes in the system so that the game can refuse to run if processes belonging to cheats are detected. So the game uses tool help functions which fail so the game refuses to run
